Pleasant surprise – we were upgraded to a neat and spotless studio suite with an extra bed for our daughter. the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options 🙌.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the SPA treatments and the delicious food. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a coffee and tea station.
There were some downsides to my experience. the air conditioning system was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly, and we received a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel facilities were great, and they offered a special bath available 24/7. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty with many choices. Also, the location was superb as it was right next to many local attractions and we received a 50% discount when we visited the thermal baths, zoo, and sightseeing.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel & Spa Kasztel. the restaurant served delicious food and the staff provided excellent service. Our room was spacious, with soft and warm bedding. the highlight of our stay was the thermal tub bath at the small VIP room. the hotel's location was great, with ample parking available. it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟.

We had a lovely weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed the hot baths and spa treatments. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the 50% discount offered for the nearby thermals. The food was tasty, and we particularly loved the local dishes on the menu. the location was perfect for our needs - close to beautiful parks, forests, and great walking trails. a wonderful experience!
We did have a few issues during our stay. The room was a bit chilly when we arrived, and it took a while to warm up even with the aircon on high.
